Fishing

Jungle Home has a exclusive and secluded spot for fishing situated about one kilometer away attached to thick jungles. The fishing machan (tree house) is located 12 feet above ground level over a small rivulet feeding the Moyar river. The machan is suitable for fishing as well as bird watching as the area is surrounded by dense evergreen forests and frequented by elephants and deer during night time. Fishing is conducted only during day time for safety of guests. Grey Hornbill and Malabar Trogan frequent Deep Jungle Home campus during evenings.

• Fishing is done using country fishing rods and is free of charge.

As per serious Indian Angler Riaz and his friends Prakash and Mayur, the waters have to be tested more throughly suitability of professional angling.
